We are delighted to have been named a Winner in the CoStar Quarterly Awards for the South Eastern Industrial Market, for the letting of 25,022 sq ft of industrial space at Thames Valley Connect in Bracknell, to Carrier Rental Systems. Nick Hardy from our Bracknell office acted for the landlord Europa Capital, alongside our joint agent Farino Cole. Carrier Rental Systems, who supply immediate, 24/7, nationwide air conditioning rental solutions, were represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

This was quickly followed with a second letting of the remaining 20,552 sq ft of space to Visions Event Solutions Limited, an Event technology company, by Lucy Kirkup, meaning the building which was acquired by Europa Capital in March 2022, is now fully let.
