Acting on behalf of an institutional client we have successfully let the 2nd Floor of A3 Glory Park.  This Grade A fitted office suite of 6,500 sq.ft was Let prior to the existing tenants lease expiring which resulted in no void period for our client.  We acted jointly with DTRE.

Acting on behalf of a consortium of private investors, we have successfully completed on the sale of the entire 33,000 sq ft business park, known as The Courtyard.  This consist of 9 office buildings set amongst landscaped grounds.
