Page Hardy Harris are pleased to announce that the acquisition of new UK offices for a Global Pharmaceutical Client has successfully completed. The 2nd floor at Waterfront, Staines-upon-Thames provides c. 7,700 sq.ft of newly refurbished Grade A specification offices.
Kieran Webber from our Maidenhead Office was retained to act as the Sole Acquisition agent to secure new office premises. The new offices needed to accommodate their growing UK team as well as providing improved travel connections, with a focus on towns located near to Heathrow airport.
A comprehensive search of on and off-market opportunities was undertaken by PHH with advice being provided throughout the process including on viewings, shortlisting options, detailed negotiations, selecting the preferred option and guiding the transaction through until lease completion.
The offices at Waterfront in Staines upon Thames benefitted from a comprehensive refurbishment to provide modern Grade A corporate offices situated in an idyllic environment with a private terrace & balconies with views over the River Thames. The town offers excellent amenities for staff and visitors as well as providing great transport connections. This office met our clients criteria in terms of location, size, connectivity, amenities, corporate image and providing a positive & exciting working environment for staff.
Page Hardy Harris worked alongside building surveyors, solicitors and contractors throughout the process. The fit-out works are currently being carried out and we are excited to see the finished product.
